Your challenge as a Financial Controller:

In this position you will work closely together with our other part-time Financial Controller and you will be jointly responsible for the entire financial administration of the 3 Post & Co operating companies (Netherlands, Belgium and Germany). Next to that, you are responsible for the administration for the other companies of the family (approximately 10 companies). You will report to the CFO and work closely with a financial team of 8 employees (accounts payable, accounts receivable, cash management, claims billing and secretary).

Tasks and responsibilities:

• The month-end closing and the quarterly-end closing, (management) reporting and auditing of the various group companies
• Taking care of the VAT and insurance tax returns
• Preparing the annual accounts of the various group companies
• Drawing up budgets and liquidity plans
• Cooperation with (foreign) accountants

The ideal candidate:

• HBO level
• Allround financial administrative experience
• Knowledge and understanding of various administrative and financial processes
• Naturally you are accurate in processing data
• You can structure your own work and organize it efficiently
• Good knowledge of the English language, Dutch is a plus
• You are available 3 to 4 days a week (working days to be agreed upon).
